Return, Refund & Exchange:

Dear customer, please read the description carefully of the product, check the colour and confirm the size before you place an order. However, at 9 to 5 Attire, if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us, we will be happy to exchange any order within 3 days from the date of delivery (Inside Dhaka City). To ensure a successful exchange, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition with original packing and intact price tags. The exchangeable value must be equal or more in value. Products delivered outside Dhaka cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are very sorry to say that; 9 to 5 Attire does not provide refunds except for a few specific reasons:

  • Products damaged during shipment
  • Wrong product, size or colour
  • Product lost in shipment

You are requested to return the product & contact us immediately. For all the successful returns, we will reship the rightful product to you based on availability or we will get in touch to assist you in processing your refund within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.

Discount Sales:

Our return & exchange policy shall not be applicable for any discount sales product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No return or exchange is applicable for purchases made during the campaign period.
